This Photographer Wants To Capture The Beauty Of Fat Bodies

Growing up fat and trans, photographer Shoog McDaniel was constantly bullied. But when they found a batch of disposable cameras in their late teens, they found their calling. McDaniel now photographs nude, fat and trans models. With each photo shoot, McDaniel hopes to change the way society sees fat and other marginalized bodies.
