She said she was "sick of seeing the face of the man who massacred eight people," and blasted the idea that the shootings were not racially motivated.
"I just feel so sorry for the Asian American community," the New York Democrat told CNN's "New Day."
"I feel like I’m about to do a backflip off the high dive ... I’m just hoping there is water in the pool," she said weeks after announcing she's leaving the network.
