The newspaper instead wants the Democratic presidential candidate to "come back to Texas to run for senator."
"If you call the police, they're going to take you to jail and do something to you, because I'm white," Juanita Barnes allegedly said.
The newspaper had supported the Democrat's opponent, Republican Sen. Ted Cruz, in 2012.
Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner told reporters “You cannot engage in sexual activities with any inanimate objects at the business.”
