Aldi is taking “food porn” to a whole new level with this sensual ode to everyone’s favorite savory fruit: the tomato.
In this ad, created by the discount supermarket chain’s Australian division, a tomato-loving man is seen expressing his unbridled adoration for the juicy red fruit as a love song plays.
“Baby you’re so fine, swinging on that vine,” the song goes, reminiscent, as Mashable pointed out, of the Boyz-II-Men hit “I’ll Make Love To You.”
Aldi Australia has been using music to sing the praises of various fruits all month, including an energetic number celebrating stone fruit and a catchy ditty about buying “bananas for my boo.”
