Fans of “Drag Race,” you’re in luck ― it appears that the massively popular reality television program is far from over.

Logo announced on Thursday the renewal of “RuPaul’s Drag Race” for a ninth season, in addition to the premiere of a new docuseries focused on historic gay sanctuary Fire Island.

“Season nine of ‘RuPaul’s Drag Race’ will be bigger, better and more twisted than ever,” Executive Producer RuPaul said in a press release. “Thank you Logo for continuing to provide a powerful platform for these brave, gorgeous and creative souls to tell their stories. They represent the hopes and dreams of all the outsiders around the world.”

The new docuseries, appropriately titled “Fire Island,” is produced by Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos’ Milojo Productions along with Albert Bianchini. It is slated to run in 2017 and will follow a group of young NYC professionals as they vacation and relax in a space that has held significance to the queer community for decades.

But up first? The second season “RuPaul’s All Stars Drag Race” will premiere later this summer! Head here to meet the cast.

Looks like another year of incredible programming from our favorite queer entertainment network.
