Shia LaBeouf was arrested for public intoxication on Friday night in Austin, Texas.

The 29-year-old "Transformers" star was taken into police custody outside a local bar after being denied entry for appearing too intoxicated, according to TMZ

"Due to pending adjudication, no further details will be released at this time," the Austin Police Department said in a statement

LaBeouf was arrested for disorderly conduct, harassment and criminal trespassing in June 2014 after disrupting a Broadway play in New York. Shortly afterward, a rep for the actor said that LaBeouf was seeking treatment for alcohol addiction.
