Malachi Love-Robinson, a serial grifter, first gained national notoriety after impersonating a doctor at 18 in Florida.
The 18-year-old is accused of defrauding an 86-year-old woman who he "treated" for stomach pain.
"He's not out doing drugs, he's not out trying to rob nobody. He's trying to do something constructive."
