Ajike Owens was fatally shot after going to the Ocala apartment of her neighbor, who earlier had yelled at Owensโ children as they played nearby, said authorities.
The victim's new tattoo read, "F**k you, Niger."
The shooting left one student with an injury that wasn't life-threatening.
