Ice Cube torched Elon Musk on his own website Thursday after the X owner shared a years-old meme about the hip-hop legend.

The “It Was a Good Day” rapper took aim at the billionaire’s tumultuous ownership of the social media platform formerly known as Twitter after he tweeted the old joke, a picture of Ice Cube next to a glass of water with the caption: “Remember Ice Cube? This is him now, feel old yet?”

The former N.W.A rapper apparently was not amused and responded with a meme of his own: the platform’s former bird logo next to a photo of a dumpster fire.

“Remember Twitter? This it now, feel stupid yet?” the caption read.

Musk shared the meme after another user replied to one of the billionaire’s posts with the same image.

“I posted this innocent meme under one of Elon’s posts and now I accidentally started beef between [Elon Musk] and [Ice Cube],” the user wrote.

Ice Cube, who once dissed N.W.A group members and manager Jerry Heller in the track “No Vaseline,” has himself been the subject of controversy on the social media site.

He came under fire in June 2020 for sharing a number of antisemitic pictures and posts, The Daily Beast reported.

The rapper defended sharing the posts and conspiracy theories, writing, “What if I was just pro-Black? This is the truth brother. I didn’t lie on anyone. I didn’t say I was anti anybody. DONT BELIEVE THE HYPE. I’ve been telling my truth.”

Following Musk’s $44 billion acquisition of the platform in 2022, Ice Cube later called on the billionaire to remove his “shadow ban homie.”

A number of users on X applauded the rapper on Thursday, with one equating his post to an Uno reverse card.
