The late actor was recognized for his performances in "Da 5 Bloods" and "Ma Rainey's Black Bottom."
WHAT'S HAPPENING
The former president said he expanded his list this year to reflect how viewing habits have changed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
"I actually said to him ... 'Man, you need to put a ring on that finger,'" the Oscar winner recalled about their time making "Ma Rainey's Black Bottom."
