The "Your World" anchor repeatedly challenged the Louisiana Republican over his comments about Mexicans "eating cat food out of a can."

Neil Cavuto cut the interview short after White House economic adviser Jared Bernstein almost swore on air.

The Fox News anchor said it was "touch and go" for a while and credited the vaccine for saving his life.

"Your World" anchor Neil Cavuto revealed some of the abuse he received from viewers after promoting the vaccine that likely saved his life.

"Last time I checked, everyone, regardless of their political persuasion, is coming down with this," the immunocompromised Fox News anchor said.

The Fox News anchor, who has MS, said: “Had I not been vaccinated, and with all my medical issues, this would be a far more dire situation.”
